School Program Application

Applications for the next year school year program are accepted starting in January each year and continue through the spring.  Select your local program from the buttons below, complete an application, and email to the address at the bottom of the form.  Schools are selected upon a variety of criteria including Title I status, and rural/urban mix.  STARBASE sends out selection notifications in May.  Those schools not selected will be put on a waiting list and notified if an opening becomes available.
